Avaali Solutions, a leading provider of Shared service automation solutions and digital business operations for large enterprises, inaugurated a Digital Centre of Excellence with KSIT and KSSEM University in Bangalore, Karnataka, as a part of its University Alliances program under Avaali Academy.
Through this engagement, Avaali intends to build a skill pool focused on various technologies, including Procure to Pay automation, Enterprise Content Management, Robotic Process Automation, Process Mining, Enterprise Data and Document Archiving, AI and core development skills.
There is a substantial skill gap in meeting the growing demand for emerging technologies. Avaali Academy plans to significantly leverage its University Alliances Program to help minimize the skill gap and equip students with sound techno-functional knowledge who are also industry-ready.
Avaali Academy aims to create a solid work-ready digital talent pool from KSIT and KSSEM universities that will graduate after intensive training on various high growth technologies with the University Alliances program. Avaali Academy will continue to invest heavily in building digital labs within University premises to provide training via physical, virtual-live and virtual platforms.
