The solution completes the entire onboarding process in less than 30 minutes with mobile and Internet banking facilities activated for the new customer almost instantaneously. The inbuilt workflow also streamlines the processing of approvals at different levels so that the onboarding process is frictionless and delightful for both the customer and the bank staff.
The entire customer onboarding solution project took just 3 months to roll out.
