ServiceNow, the leading digital workflow company making work, work better for people, has announced the appointment of Marion Ryan to the role of Vice President, Alliances & Channel Ecosystem, APJ. In this Singapore-based role, she will oversee the development and growth of ServiceNow’s APJ partner ecosystem as we seek to help customers accelerate their digital transformation journeys with associated business outcomes.
The regional appointment follows news earlier this year (in May) of ServiceNow’s global partner ecosystem transformation strategy, including new world class programs to equip, enable and empower its global partner community.
Marion joins ServiceNow from SAP, with almost 25 years of IT & Telecommunications experience across Asia, Europe and North America and an extensive focus on Enterprise business and Partners.
Marion spent more than 12 years at SAP, eight of those in Singapore where she held the role as VP, Head of Channels for SAP Asia Pacific Japan and successfully rolled out new partner segmentation and commercial models to drive success as SAP customers transition to cloud and hybrid solutions.
Marion Ryan Vice President, Alliances & Channel Ecosystem, APJ at ServiceNow, said: “I am delighted to be joining ServiceNow in my new role and look forward to working closely with our APJ partners to accelerate the digital transformation journey of our clients with associated business outcomes.
