Synechron announced that it has now fully incorporated Citihub Digital, the New York and UK-based technology consulting firm founded in 2008 which Synechron acquired in October 2020, into the Synechron-branded family. The two companies have spent the last 15 months taking an integrated approach and solving complex problems for the financial services industry. This brand merger has allowed for the leveraging of the combined Power of 3 capabilities on a global scale. From today, the Citihub Digital brand name will cease to exist, and all business operations, practices, offices, employees, and client commitments have now been fully transitioned, becoming a vital part of Synechron’s global operation.
This brand integration allows the enhanced firm to further leverage synergies as Synechron continues its digital transformation journey to empower banks, asset managers, stock exchanges, insurance companies and other financial services clients. This smooth transition provides Synechron with additional senior-level talent and important specialist competencies in key areas such as: application modernization, data management, cloud platform services and cloud native security, as well as an array of other critical competencies. Citihub’s senior consultants and experienced IT strategists will continue to provide customized consulting services and help an expanded roster of clients with their IT modernizations, while also being enabled to tap the core strengths Synechron provides. Moving forward, this merger enables the firm’s combined strengths to provide clients with a comprehensive and expanded set of digital transformation capabilities.
Citihub’s clients will continue to work seamlessly with their existing project managers and teams without interruption. Going forward, all current Citihub contracts with clients will be fully assumed by Synechron.
