InfoBeans Technologies has announced the acquisition of Pune-based Eternus Solutions Pvt Ltd resulting in a major foray in the Salesforce ecosystem of cloud and digital transformation. Salesforce is the world’s leading cloud-based CRM and digital transformation platform.

• Total consideration of INR 130 crores for 100% equity
• Consideration payable over a period of three years
• Additional earnouts based on performance over three years
• Founders to be part of Management
• InfoBeans has now reached an annual revenue run rate of INR 300 crore
